We have hired a professional projectionist for the conference and are constructing a cinema with two theaters. In the large “ theatre 2” we will show a preselected program of films on the subject of Wood Firing from all over the world. Apart from various playback systems for VHS (PAL,Secam, NTSC) and DVD ( all country codes) there will also be projectors for super 8- ( just a home projector), 16-mm and 35-mm films available. As needed films can be overwritten in a different language via microphone so that even without subtitles they can be enjoyed by most people.

For the films in “Studio 2” we will put together a selected program and could take care of any necessary translations as well. That is why we ask for any movie footage( as well as any available documentation) to be send as possible. Of course we will introduce the director/ producer or protagonist before the screening and moderate a talk afterwards. The aim is not just to watch the films but to use them as the basis for discussion and exchange of ideas.

In another room anyone will be welcome to show their own movie clips or slides. A list will be posted where all presentations can be signed on at any time. There will be playback systems for VHS ( PAL, Secam, NTSC) CD and DVD ( all country codes) with projector, screen and sound available.
